Sue focuses her practice on real estate law, including residential and commercial purchases, loans, and related corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with Sawyer, Sawyer & Minott, P.A., in Windham and with Botein, Hayes & Sklar in New York City.
Sue received her undergraduate degree from Adelphi University (1975) and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from St. Johns University School of Law (1985).
Sue is active in her community, having been Chairperson of the Windham Zoning Board of Appeals for two years, and a Board member for eight years. She also served on the Windham Ordinance Review Committee. Sue serves as a director of Windham School Age Child Care, Inc., a non-profit organization working towards providing before and after school care and is a member of the Windham Community Center Steering Committee. She lives in Windham with her two children.
