Nick focuses his practice in the area of real estate law. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial transactions, land use planning, leasing, title issues, foreclosures and related corporate matters including entity creation. Nick has taught real estate courses and has been a speaker at a number of programs relating to title insurance, title issues, RESPA and the Maine Consumer Credit Code. Prior to joining the firm, Nick practiced with Hopkinson & Abbondanza, P.A., in Portland.
Nick received his B.A. from Bates College (2001), and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law (2004).
Nick resides in Portland with his wife, Dorian D. Cole.
