David represents and advises banks and mortgage service companies in commercial lending, banking and mortgage foreclosure transactions throughout the State of Maine. His practice also includes handling real estate transactions on behalf of secondary market REO departments, relocation companies, and individuals. He has taught real estate law courses and has been a speaker at a number of programs relating to real estate law, condominium development and mortgage foreclosures. David has been selected for inclusion in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law.
David received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (1973) and his J.D. from New York University (1976). He is a member of the firm's York County office located in Kennebunk, where he lives with his family.
